Data used
We store your email, username, a hashed password, FaucetPay account identifier, registration IP, session tokens, purchases, withdrawals, reward records, creator submissions and support messages. They are used to operate accounts, verify payments, prevent duplicate claims and provide support.
Service providers
Payment data is sent to the selected payment provider. Email verification uses the configured email service. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes anti-bot checks and Telegram receives operator notifications. Payment and registration data is not publicly listed with your full email.
Cookies and retention
Essential cookies maintain your login, security challenge, language and referral attribution. Remembered sessions can last up to 400 days with continued use. Minimal one-time-bonus identity fingerprints are retained to prevent repeated claims. Contact the operator to ask about access, correction or deletion; financial and abuse-prevention records may require retention under applicable obligations.
